Vegan/Vegetarian Cuisine in downtown
Iowa City and have been recognised
under various prestigious awards like
"Best Vegetarian" in 2006 (Iowa Source).
Masala was established in 1992 as a
vegetarian restaurant
and the current ownership is running
Masala since 2003. We believe in serving
authentic Indian vegetarian food with the
highest quality and the best service
possible. We have a buffet style Lunch
and also take orders for Lunch and
Dinner alike. Light music, Romantic
aesthetics and Spicy Indian food make us
a great place for friends and family. We
also host parties and take orders for
special occasions.
